With over 30 years of experience in the professional world, I have dedicated more than 16 of those years to interim management. In my role as an interim manager, I represent a dynamic approach to executive staffing, stepping in to fill critical gaps in senior management, particularly in the finance sector.

 

​Companies often turn to me when they require a seasoned senior manager for a limited period, especially for complex finance-related challenges. My external perspective is my strength — it allows me to bring a wealth of experience in finance and controlling to the table, without the biases that might hinder internal resources. I am known for my ability to foresee potential issues and make tough decisions objectively, thanks to my detachment from existing corporate dynamics.

 

​I have a particular focus on implementing S/4 HANA and other ERP systems, leveraging my strong analytical skills. My expertise extends to group and site controlling, where I excel in optimizing controlling processes and developing effective management reporting systems. With this diverse background, I bring a comprehensive understanding of various financial operations to every assignment, ensuring robust and efficient economic management for the organizations I work with.
